- You are renting the ship as a venue for your event. Thus, you host, and we drive. Yes, a Captain is provided!
- You are welcome bring your own food and beverages
(Alcoholic beverages are allowed, however irresponsible guests are subject to forfeiture of ride at the full discretion of Pirates Hideaway) Please See our carry-on alcohol policy here. - There is a 30 person maximum capacity.
- In rare circumstances the schedule will allow for a 3 hour event upon request.

To Make a Reservation
1. Contact us using the form below.
2. We will respond with availability and help get an event set up for you if the requested slot is not already held.
3. You will receive a confirmation, and any applicable documents for your reservation.
Important Note: Pirates Hideaway is a family friendly establishment, and we take pride in maintaining that reputation. We are a pirate themed vessel available for both private and public events. If you plan to carry alcohol onto the pirate ship we respectfully request that you read our Carry on Alcohol Policy prior to renting the pirate ship so you, as the renter, understands that while fun of reasonable nature is acceptable, we are not a “party boat” and hold high expectations for groups that consume alcohol while underway. Please take a moment to review, and if you have any questions we would be happy to discuss them with you.

We are an outdoor attraction, so we periodically need to cancel due to inclement weather conditions. If you have, or are considering buying tickets, here is what you will want to know…
- Weather related cancellations are made at the discretion of Pirates Hideaway.
- We will cancel when conditions are wet, or if there is a threat to safety (high winds, etc).
- For approved weather related cancellations you will receive a full refund if tickets were pre-paid.
- If the weather is questionable we will be in contact with you at least an hour before the ride to inform you on the status of the ride.
