Private Pirate Ship Rental

Quick Details

  • Duration: 2 Hours, 3 Hours
  • You can rent the pirate ship in intervals of 2 to 3 hours.
    • 2 Hour Events: $20 per adult/$10 per child/$425 minimum.
    • 3 Hour Events: $25 per adult/$12 per child/$525 minimum.
  • A private rental gives you and your group exclusive use of the pirate ship for that time.
  • You are renting the ship as a venue for your event. Thus, you host, and we drive. Yes, a Captain is provided.
  • You are welcome bring your own food and beverages
    (Alcoholic beverages are allowed, however irresponsible guests are subject to forfeiture of ride at the full discretion of Pirates Hideaway)
  • There is a 35 person maximum capacity.

To Make a Reservation

1. Email Pirates Hideaway ([email protected]), or call (715-479-6756) with the following information:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Type of event (i.e. family get- together, business event, bachelorette, birthday, etc.)
  • Date(s) interested in
  • Duration (2 or 3 hours)

2. We will respond with availability and help get an event set up for you.

3. You will receive a confirmation, along with a request for a deposit and signed cancellation policy/liability waiver. (Downloads of these documents will soon be available)

Important Note: Pirates Hideaway is a family friendly establishment, and we take pride in maintaining that reputation. We are a pirate themed vessel available for both private and public events. If you are renting the ship for your private event, please keep in mind that your actions reflect upon us, yourselves, and human kind. Water is a public space, so let’s have a great time, but let’s also be respectful to the people and environment around us. Thank you!
